Barker Street Pet Services is more than just dog walking. We understand how much you love your dog because we're just as crazy about them as you are. Each and every furry member of our team is loved whole-heartedly, and that's what makes us so different. Auntie Rachael covers all areas within Duns for dog walking and I pride myself on having a wealth of knowledge to offer you and your pet. Alongside being fully trained in animal CPR and first aid, I also have a qualification in Animal Care and Welfare, I am an experienced force-free dog trainer and I have worked with dogs for over 15 years (You can learn more about me here).
With Barker Street Pet Services, your pet will be entering our team of a much loved fur-family; I pride myself on being able to understand those animals that may need a little more time and patience, as well as knowing just how to listen to our pets to ensure that they get the absolute maximum out of our time together. I do this by turning your dog's skills and interests into their exercise to ensure that our walks are always enhanced with the perfect combination of both mental enrichment and physical exercise; we like to call this "controlled fun" because our walks are all about just letting our dogs be dogs! This is why Group walks aren't really our thing, but rather matching your dog with a best friend or two, so that I can better prioritise your dog's needs whilst also ensuring their safety and happiness.
